Shipping policy

1. General Information

At Arcade Parts UK, we aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. This policy outlines how we handle shipping for orders placed through our online store.

2. Shipping Area

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Processing and Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of your order being received.

  • Shipments are sent out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

  • Orders placed after 14:00 on a shipping day may be dispatched on the next available shipping day.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

5. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before confirming your purchase.

6. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

7. Delays and Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@arcadepartsuk.com with your order number.

8. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

Where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from the courier or designated collection point, the order will be held until further instructions are received.

If the customer requests that the order is sent again, an additional delivery charge will apply. The cost of re-delivery must be paid before the order is dispatched a second time.

If the customer chooses not to have the order resent, we will process a refund for the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. Original delivery charges will not be refunded where the failed delivery was not due to our error.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Where a parcel is returned due to an error on our part or a fault with the goods, we will cover the cost of re-delivery.
