Description
If you have had a go at building your own fightstick you will probably have come across the GP2040-CE project. It is an opensource project that allows you to use a Raspberry Pi Pico as the interface between your fightstick and PC/Playstation/Xbox etc.
The RP2040 Advanced Breakout Board is the official embedded design for the GP2040-CE project.
This breakout board uses an embedded RP2040 chip, as such it allows access all of the additional GPIO pins that are not easily accessible on the standard Raspberry Pi Pico board. This allows you to have many more options on the board so that you can make truly unique and custom controllers.
The footprint of the board is the same as the the standard Brook interface form factor. As such it is very compatible with existing holders and enclosures.
You can download a Quick Reference Card and Info Card to help with your setup. But if you need further support, please direct any questions to the main project page or join their Discord.
